Monastery is an all-natural blend of the finest-grade sandalwood, sacred resins and citrus. Evoking the majestic energy of an ancient monastery, set high in the foothills of cloud covered mountains, this is an incense to focus the mind in meditation.

Elevate your mind and soothe your nervous system and with this healing, resinous scent.

Japanese-style incense sticks are inspired by the ancient art of incense making and blended only with pure plants to give an elegant cloud and profound scent.

To use: Light the very tip of stick only, wait for a few seconds before wafting out the flame. Place delicately in a holder and leave to gently smoulder, filling your space with pure plant essence.

A captivating, mediative smell

Monastery is a sublime scent that accumulates as it slowly burns away, lingering in the air after it has finished burning. It is a scent that is both herbal and woodsy and organically allows for contemplation, making it a perfect companion for meditation, reading, or a quiet conversation. I highly recommend pairing it with the candle 'Forest Sun' from M. Hainey Candles to produce an olfactory bouquet of complementary scents that will envelope you like a warm, comforting shawl of fragrance without overwhelming.
