Artemis Gongfu Teapot
Artemis Gongfu Teapot
This beautiful little Gong-fu teapot is made of high iron stoneware. It is wood-fired, unglazed inside and with Kaolin engobe and combination of feldspar-based glazes from the outside, which formed a beautiful velvety surface. Serves 1-4 people (3.4 ounces/ 100 ml)
Named for our muse, Artemis, the Goddess of the moon, the hunt, the forest and wild herbs, she encourages women to navigate life's challenges with resilience, to embrace their uniqueness and blaze their own paths.
Every tea lover knows that the masters work is evident in the pour of the tea from the spout, the feel of the bowl in your hands, the weight of the clay and all of the ineffable details of craftsmanship that make a piece sing. This teapot is an embodiment of such mastery.
Usage and care: Hand wash with warm water only after each session. Allow to air dry on a clean cloth. Store away from other kitchen wares in a tea cabinet or on a tea shelf or table.
Each is a unique piece of art and no two pieces are identical
